Adding a Shower

In these hard economic times there are a lot of homeowners who are considering a home improvement project, they feel like they need to add value to there home so that they don’t loose there investment, or they want to increase the comfort of there home with out investing in a new home.

One place to add comfort in your home and an investment that will increase the overall value is a new bathroom with a Walk in shower. with new fixtures a new floor covering and paint , or maybe new tiles , on the walls it just calls out to get rid of that old tub and get something more modern.  A new shower would give you many options, they can be made to fit in just about any space whether large or small, or even if you have an odd shape that you need filled. And they come in many finishes and styles, from a simple vinyl premade enclosure to what ever custom configuration that you need. A frameless glass walled shower would give the illusion of space to your bathroom while providing a shower with plenty of natural light.

You could also get an walk in electric shower this is a shower which basically has its own water heater built in. they are easy to run the plumbing to because they only need one water supply line, but they are still dependent on the water supply to maintain the correct pressure. They are also very economical as you are only heating the water that you need and not trying to heat water that is stored. Because of this you have almost instantaneous hot water right at the shower head with out having to wait for the shower to heat up, which would be really nice on a cold morning.

All in all which ever shower that you chose it would make a nice investment in your home that you could enjoy for years.
